CRM Marketing Manager

The CRM Marketing Manager will have a passion for marketing that begins with the student and their success. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies and implementing programs to engage, enroll, and retain students for EEI partner organizations. The CRM Marketing Manager will develop and optimize end to end lifecycle-based communication programs reaching multiple customer segments across email and mobile. This role will be expected to drive the strategy and execution of creative and promotional efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email/texting marketing and CRM initiatives which drive student engagement and enrollment by educating and nurturing users throughout their journey while driving towards a consolidated student experience
  • Includes campaign planning and hypotheses testing, target criteria selection, campaign health monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Produce, share, and leverage relevant KPI reporting on a regular and consistent basis to ensure continuous improvement in process and results, including identifying performance drivers and implications.
  • Focus on marketing automation and personalization, user segmentation for targeting and leveraging dynamic/triggered messaging to create a relevant dialogue with students.
  • Provide project management and operational planning and execution for CRM programs which include but are not limited to the following:
    • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Information Technology, and Academic Research and Design to execute the campaign strategies
    • Provide detailed requirements for the Marketing, Operations, and Information Technology team to deploy complex and automated communication journeys based on defined objectives and rules
    • Manage calendar and schedule of deployment to optimize student engagement and response/experience across student journey and lifecycle.
    • Support development of on-going test plan to ensure tests conducted are measurable and can be tied back to business impact; track experimentation to ensure learning
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

 Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM / database / direct marketing /digital experience in a fast-paced consumer environment, preferably within a subscription or life-cycle based business. Agency or client-side welcome
  • Experience with a major Email Service Provider or CRM platform is required
    • Pardot Consulting and Marketing Cloud Administration Certification preferred.
  • Analytical thinker with a can-do, problem-solving attitude and a depth of knowledge in digital analytics, campaign tracking, and ROI metrics
  • Experience with start to finish planning & executing of multi-channel direct marketing CRM programs including email, SMS, mobile push, and site/in-app notifications
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Excellent project management skills with a bias towards action against goals, on-time delivery, and operational excellence
  • Use of CMS/DAM content systems, HTML / CSS, SQL, XML and Javascript skills a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills that foster teamwork and inspire confidence
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to communicate both upwardly and cross-functionally
  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Must be proficient in MS Office Suites (Excel, Powerpoint, etc)

Enrollment Counselor Manager

Instructional Design Manager

Elsmere Education helps colleges and universities grow – through building online programs to help our University Partners extend their reach to students all over the world. Elsmere is headquartered in the Cherry Creek area of Denver and works with select universities around the country on online programs and other growth initiatives. Elsmere Education manages the strategy, marketing, recruiting, program development and retention efforts for its partner universities. With relationships defined by transparency, Elsmere Education is relatively small but growing quickly.

We are currently seeking an Instructional Design Manager. The Instructional Design Manager will assist in day to day Academic Research & Design department activities related to key areas: project management of online course development projects, manage online course development contractors, provide ongoing instructional support to faculty teaching online courses, course development as needed, coordinating term maintenance for EEI university partner programs, support during internal and external program design consulting projects, and perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Marketing Manager - Engineering/Energy

The Marketing Manager will have a passion for marketing that begins with the student and their success. The successful candidate will responsible for conceiving, designing and implementing multi-channel marketing initiatives to generate student inquiries that lead to new student enrollments for our partner’s online degree programs. Critical to success will be a focus on developing and understanding the student persona and a comprehensive understanding of the vertical markets which may be served by a number of diverse programs, this includes understanding competition, value proposition, return on investment for students, and the success criteria for programs

The Marketing Manager will accomplish these goals through research, insights, and critical thinking and be responsible for communicating, coordinating, and implementing the resulting strategies both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years’ experience working in a marketing role and demonstrated success in various aspects of marketing planning, project management, online advertising, SEO, paid search advertising, pay-per-inquiry marketing, email marketing, social media or web analytics.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Business/Engineering market and the demand characteristics of the market
  • Develop strategies to differentiate EEI partner programs within the market that meet goals for qualified inquiries for specified programs
  • Understand the student persona and their ambition and desire for completing degree programs
  • Maintain an understanding of key marketing channels and, using an analytical approach, optimize activities across channels - website, email, social, webinars, paid and earned media, print, alumni, and fairs/events
  • Develop compelling value propositions and support materials to position programs as the most attractive option; Create compelling messaging and positioning strategies to enable programs to stand out in the market
  • Own and manage the marketing calendar for named programs; Understand the market and seasonality of our business and develop processes and marketing initiatives to ensure optimal timing of messaging
  • Educate the enrollment teams on the student personas, value proposition, and marketing activities; Develop materials to enhance communication with students and facilitate the admissions process
  • Collaborate closely with other key members of marketing, enrollment and operations to achieve success
  • Manage and measure effectiveness of campaigns and adjust as needed to maximize ROI

Additional Skills/Requirements
