Administrative Assistant

Elsmere Education helps colleges and universities grow by building online programs to extend their reach to students all over the world. Headquartered in Cherry Creek, we work with select universities to manage the strategy, marketing, recruiting, program development, and retention efforts for our partner universities online degree programs. Elsmere Education is in search of an Administrative/Operations Assistant to join our growing team —someone who wants to be part of the action and involved across the entire organization.

In this role, the Administrative Assistant will work directly with executives and fellow peers and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain executive’s calendars: schedule meetings/conference calls/etc.
  • Assist with Salesforce data entry and analytical reporting
  • Schedule travel: book airfare/hotel/car rental
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Prepare expense reports using Expensify
  • Help schedule weekly/monthly trainings for Enrollment Team
  • Assist Executive Assistant/Office Manager with office supply management & cleanliness of office

The ideal applicant has experience producing results in a fast-paced, rapid-development work environment gained through professional work experience. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without structured guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.  

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree
  • 1 to 3 years of admistrative/operations experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, multitasking abilities, and a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Salesforce experience optional
  • A passion for education and desire to work for a mission-driven organization.

Enrollment Counselor

We are currently seeking our next Enrollment Counselor.  Working on behalf of one of our top tier university partners (top 10 NCAA basketball and football teams), the Enrollment Counselor leads the recruiting for an online program and will work with all prospective students.  We are looking for someone that can build relationships over the phone, learn more about the prospective students, and help them determine if these programs are good fit and will provide a return on their investment.  Enthusiasm, consultative approach and passion for education are required – we can teach you the rest.

Student Success Counselor

With relationships defined by transparency, the team at Elsmere Education is growing, passionate and dedicated to what we do.

We are currently seeking our next Student Success Counselor.  Working on behalf of one of our top tier university partners (top 10 NCAA basketball and football teams), the Student Success Counselor helps students enrolled in online programs accomplish their goals through graduation.  We are looking for someone with strong relationship and coaching skills.  The Student Success Counselor will be able to identify barriers to success and help students solve them.  Enthusiasm, consultative approach and passion for education are required – we can teach you the rest.
