We are currently seeking our next Enrollment Counselor. Working on behalf of one of our university partners, the Enrollment Counselor leads the recruiting efforts for an online program.  We are looking for someone that can build relationships over the phone, create unique value proposition for prospective students, and work with students from point of inquiry through enrollment. Enthusiasm, a consultative, solution-based sales approach, and passion for education are required – we can teach you the rest.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $53,000

Enrollment Counselor Manager

Elsmere Education helps colleges and universities grow by building online programs to extend their reach to students all over the world. Headquartered in Cherry Creek, we work with Top Tier universities to manage the strategy, marketing, recruiting, program development, and retention efforts for our partner universities online degree programs. We are seeking a Enrollment Counselor Manager who will report to the Director of Client Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Human Resources to recruit, interview, select, and train new employees.
  • Coach, mentor and develop employees on assigned team.
  • Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Support problem resolution and decision-making
  • Lead employees to meet the Elsmere’s expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment.
  • Provide effective performance feedback through performance evaluations, employee recognition, rewards, disciplinary action, and termination, with the assistance of Human Resources, when necessary.
  • Maintain team schedules including program assignments, training, PTO, work from home and PTO coverage.
  • Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email.
  • Monitor team’s performance and initiate action to strengthen results.
  • Track and report metric results to Director and Executive management
  • Carry out and attain the values and the goals of Elsmere.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

 Skills and Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years of management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and department staff members.
  • Knowledge of the operation, and metrics of Enrollment Services.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to team and management.

Learning Design Manager

Elsmere Education helps colleges and universities grow through building online programs to help our University Partners extend their reach to students all over the world. Elsmere is headquartered in the Cherry Creek area of Denver and works with select universities around the country on online programs and other growth initiatives. Elsmere Education manages the strategy, marketing, recruiting, program development and retention efforts for its partner universities. With relationships defined by partnership and transparency, Elsmere Education is relatively small but growing quickly.

We are currently seeking a Learning Design Manager who will assist in day-to-day Academic Research & Design department activities related to key areas. You will manage Elsmere’s internal Training and Development programs and Academic Design Projects with our university partners. Both types of projects require strong project management skills, the ability to work with Subject Matter Experts, and Faculty to foster development of effective learning materials. This position will manage external contractors, oversee instructional support to faculty and term maintenance for partner programs. Other duties, including course development and external program design consulting projects, may be assigned as needed.

• Ability to prioritize complex projects while adapting to changing company and partner needs

Education and Experience
• Master’s Degree Required
• Terminal degree and higher education teaching experience preferred
• Five or more years of experience working with higher education administrators, subject matter experts, and/or faculty in an instructional design capacity
• Five plus years of experience working in fast-paced office environment
• Three or more years managing projects and staff or contractors

Marketing Manager - Business Programs

Elsmere Education partners with colleges and universities to research, develop, launch, and market in-demand graduate programs. The Marketing Manager will have a passion for marketing that begins with the student and their success. The successful candidate will responsible for conceiving, designing and implementing multi-channel marketing initiatives to generate student inquiries that lead to new student enrollments for our partner’s online degree programs. Critical to success will be a focus on developing and understanding the student persona and a comprehensive understanding of the vertical markets which may be served by a number of diverse programs, this includes understanding competition, value proposition, return on investment for students, and the success criteria for programs

The Marketing Manager will accomplish these goals through research, insights, and critical thinking and be responsible for communicating, coordinating, and implementing the resulting strategies both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years’ experience working in a marketing role and demonstrated success in various aspects of marketing planning, project management, online advertising, SEO, paid search advertising, pay-per-inquiry marketing, email marketing, social media, or web analytics.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to differentiate EEI partner programs within the market that meet goals for qualified inquiries for specified graduate programs related to business
  • Understand the student persona and their ambition and desire for completing degree programs
  • Maintain an understanding of key marketing channels and, using an analytical approach, optimize activities across channels - website, email, social, webinars, paid and earned media, print, alumni, and fairs/events
  • Develop compelling value propositions and support materials to position programs as the most attractive option; Create compelling messaging and positioning strategies to enable programs to stand out in the market
  • Own and manage the marketing calendar for named programs; Understand the market and seasonality of our business and develop processes and marketing initiatives to ensure optimal timing of messaging
  • Educate the enrollment teams on the student personas, value proposition, and marketing activities; Develop materials to enhance communication with students and facilitate the admissions process
  • Collaborate closely with other key members of marketing, enrollment and operations to achieve success
  • Manage and measure effectiveness of campaigns and adjust as needed to maximize ROI

Additional Skills/Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university
  • 4 – 6 years’ experience executing goal driven marketing programs.
  • Proven ability defining and profiling markets, competition and target audience to develop and execute successful marketing initiatives.
